WHAT WE DO
Ready2CONNECT is a non-profit, community based organization which aims to empower families and individuals to reach financial independence through collaborative efforts. Ready2CONNECT serves anyone who is willing and able to work, but who needs additional support and tools to help them achieve financial stability and move out of poverty. This includes a variety of individuals: those who are unemployed and need job search assistance, those who are underemployed and need help managing their budget and finances; and individuals who face multiple barriers to finding and maintaining employment.
Ready2CONNECT CAN HELP YOU:
Acquire skills for employment through job readiness workshops, life skills training, and career advisement.
Find ways to support your income by identifying public benefits that you may qualify for (such as child care, food stamps, TANF, SCHIP), and by providing assistance and referrals to other supportive services.
Keep more of your money in your pocket by providing individual/group sessions with a financial coach through our various partnerships, educational workshops on a variety of money management topics, and financial services and products through Ready2CONNECT’s H.E.L.P. Program.
